1Introduction & Consent

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's details.

10Account Closure Policy

9bd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the reasons listed below. In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, action may be taken without prior notice.

• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Registering an account with false information.
• Managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Account closure at the member's own request.

If any valid withdrawals are pending at the time of account closure, 9bd will process them in due course. However, balances in accounts closed due to prohibited activity may be forfeited.

11Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises with 9bd, please contact our customer service team first. We will make every effort to resolve the matter within 48 hours.

• Dispute deadline: all complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident.
• If a matter cannot be resolved through customer service, you may appeal to our licensing authority.
• In all dispute resolutions, the English version of the terms and conditions shall be considered final.
• 9bd's decision is final and binding.

12Right to Amend Terms

9bd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified via on-site notice or email before any changes take effect.

Continued use of 9bd after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
